Description
A One Piece OC I invented years ago. I named her Saiko at the time just so I knew what to say in my head when other characters would call her and didn’t actually change it, because laziness.
She’s half-fishgirl (piranha style), her mother being a human pirate captain and her father a fishman who was part of the crew. Being a half-breed she’s not as strong or resistant as fishmen nor as fast when underwater (the webbing on her hands and feet isn’t as large as theirs) but she’s more agile on land.
Her backstory (which I won’t tell here because it would take too much time) is kind of mary-sue-ish but wth, she’s my babu and I love her no matter what :3
Also I was getting tired of seeing so many mermaids AND mermen but pretty much no fishgirl despite the huge amount of fishmen. Seriously, I love One Piece but no one will make me believe that Oda isn't suffering from a bad case of sexism, even though he does give interesting personalities to some of his female characters.
